Talking Mobile at NAR 2012 – “This app (is) the best recruiting tool!”
Reporting from NAR2012 day 1… As usual the first day of this large trade show had a big turnout. Sure, many people were here for the free drinks but many, many others were here for serious business. The Smarter Agent booth #413 had a steady stream of traffic, many Realtors are recognizing the importance to having a strong mobile marketing platform. I’d say most people were already familiar with both the Smarter Agent Branded app and our more premium White Label app but some still needed some education.
While I was talking with one Realtor Greg Fox stopped by to say hello. Greg’s Realty World office (I forget what city, this may be the Wichita Homes for Sale app) has had a White Label app with us since about February this year, I asked him how things were going with his app. His answer surprised me a little. I pretty much expected him to tell me how many new leads he has received or even say something about how local home buyers had told him him much they like using the app to search homes for sale anywhere, anytime. But Greg said that “this app has been the best recruiting tool he’s ever had!”
So, if you’re looking to add some new tech savvy agents make sure you have the real estate tools they want. We have different options for agents in your office to get a version of your White Label app and they can control ALL incoming leads from their own app!
